Atty. Ric Blancaflor
Atty. Ricardo Blancaflor has spent four decades of combined committed government service and private law practice. He served as Undersecretary for the Department of Justice (DOJ), distinguished for his outstanding contributions to national security and counter terrorism. He likewise served as Director General of the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), paving breakthroughs in IP Law Enforcement. He currently holds the role of Vice Chairman in the Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPOST).

Roslyn Pineda
Roslyn Pineda is President, Asia at Sony Music Publishing, where she leads the company’s creative and business operations across the region. She has spent over two decades in the music industry, building her career across artist relations, marketing, and leadership roles in both the Philippines and the wider Asian market.
She previously served as General Manager of Sony Music Philippines, where she played a key role in shaping the local music landscape and supporting the growth of Filipino artists such as SB19, Ben&Ben, and IV OF SPADES. Her work helped strengthen the presence of OPM both locally and internationally.
Now overseeing Sony Music Publishing’s operations in Asia, Roslyn continues to focus on creating opportunities for songwriters and building stronger connections between local talent and the global music community.

Enzo Valdez
Enzo Valdez is a prominent Filipino creative executive who currently serves as the Managing Director of Universal Music Philippines. He first established his reputation in the industry as the founder and CEO of Sindikato, a successful production house and talent management agency known for developing top-tier OPM acts like Ben&Ben. With a diverse background that spans directing music videos and fiilms to serving as an A&R consultant, Enzo is widely recognized for his ability to bridge the gap between visual storytelling and music business innovation. He currently serves as the President for the Philippine Association of the Record Industry (PARI).

Francis Brew Reyes
Francis Brew Reyes is guitarist/keyboardist/backing vocalist and co-writer for The Dawn; the band is currently celebrating its 40th Anniversary in the Philippine Music Industry. He has also been a session guitarist for a wide variety of local artists including Lou Bonnevie, Truefaith, POT, Razorback, and Joey Ayala. Outside of being a performer, Reyes has extensive experiences in rock radio (NU107 as chief announcer/music director) and music photojournalism (Pulp, Yahoo PH, Billboard Philippines)

Gino Cruz
Gino is an internationally acclaimed, award winning producer, arranger, and songwriter who has worked with the Philippines’ top artists, and some well known international artists & musicians as well. He is also a musical director and session keyboardist.
He currently works at loudBox Studios doing music for advertising, and is the Musical Director of Wolfgang’s Steakhouse.

Nyoy Volante
Nyoy Volante is a Filipino singer, songwriter, and performer known for his contributions to the OPM acoustic and pop scene. He rose to prominence in the early 2000s with his signature heartfelt sound, earning recognition through hit songs and acclaimed performances both locally and internationally.
Beyond recording, Nyoy has built a strong presence in live performance and theater, taking on roles in major productions such as Jesus Christ Superstar and Rak of Aegis. His versatility as an artist has allowed him to move seamlessly between music, stage, and television, connecting with audiences across different platforms.
With a career spanning over two decades, Nyoy continues to support and contribute to the growth of Filipino music through his work as a performer and collaborator.

Josh Buizon
Josh Buizon is a Filipino singer-songwriter and the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of the band Over October, an indie/alternative act formed in 2014.
As frontman, he has been closely involved in the band’s songwriting and creative direction, helping shape their sound from their early releases to more recent hits like Ikot, which gained wider recognition in the local music scene.
Beyond performing, he remains hands-on with the band’s creative output, from writing and arranging songs to even working on their content and visuals—reflecting a deep, personal involvement in both the artistic and day-to-day side of being an independent musician.

William Lim
William Lim is the Managing Director of PolyEast Records, one of the Philippines’ long-standing independent record labels. With years of experience in the local music industry, he has been involved in supporting the label’s operations, artist development, and overall direction in an evolving music landscape.
Under his leadership, PolyEast continues to work with a diverse roster of Filipino artists and maintain its presence in the local music scene, contributing to the ongoing growth of Original Pilipino Music (OPM). The label itself has a long history in the industry, dating back to its earlier iterations as OctoArts and EMI Philippines before becoming PolyEast Records.
William’s work reflects a steady focus on building partnerships, supporting artists, and sustaining the role of independent labels in the Philippine music ecosystem.

Jesmon Chua
Jesmon Chua is the General Manager of PolyEast Records, where he oversees the label’s overall direction, including artist development, releases, and strategic partnerships. With years of experience in the local music industry, he has worked closely with both emerging and established Filipino artists, helping bring their music to a wider audience.
He has been instrumental in strengthening PolyEast’s presence both locally and internationally, navigating the evolving music landscape and expanding opportunities for OPM in the digital space.
Jesmon continues to support initiatives that uplift artists and promote a more sustainable and respectful music ecosystem.

Louie Ocampo
Louie Ocampo is a highly respected Filipino composer, arranger, and musical director whose work has significantly shaped the Philippine music industry. With a career spanning decades, he is known for creating timeless compositions and arrangements that have become staples in Original Pilipino Music (OPM).
He has collaborated with some of the country’s most celebrated artists and has served as a musical director for major concerts, television productions, and live performances. His versatility across genres—from pop and ballads to orchestral and film scoring—has earned him recognition as one of the most influential figures in Philippine music.
Beyond his creative work, Louie continues to contribute to the growth of the industry by supporting initiatives that protect the rights of music creators and promote the value of music in business and society.

Sarah Ismail
Sarah Ismail is the Managing Director of Warner Music Philippines and Managing Director of ADA Asia, Warner Music Group’s independent label and artist services division. She joined Warner Music Group in 2019 and quickly rose through the ranks—from Regional Marketing Director for Greater China and Southeast Asia to leading the Philippines business.
She has worked on major international campaigns across Asia, including projects involving artists like Lady Gaga, Jessie J, and Demi Lovato, while also helping grow the presence of emerging acts in the region. Under her leadership, Warner Music Philippines has continued to develop local artists such as Lola Amour and Dilaw, contributing to the increasing global visibility of OPM.
Now overseeing both local and regional roles, Sarah focuses on building opportunities for artists across Asia—supporting both mainstream and independent talent, and helping bring their music to wider audiences.
