Aaron Calderon
Aaron Calderon joined PRM summer of 2023. He is a Licensing Officer in charge of coordinating with clients to ensure that brands play music from our repertoire. Through his work, he ensures that our music right holders are compensated whenever their sound recordings are played publicly.

HR and Membership Officer
Ashley Benitez
Initially starting out as a PRM Apprentice, Ashley Benitez formally joined the organization in 2025 as its HR & Membership Officer. Though not a musician herself, she firmly believes that, while music is a means to express creativity and lived experiences, it is also a form of business which necessitates recognition and protection. PRM can do the ground work for its record label and performer members and allow them to focus on their craft.

Finance and Admin Manager
Josh Credo
Josh Adrian Credo joined Philippines Recorded Music Rights Inc. (PRM) in late 2025 and currently serves as the organization’s Finance and Administration Manager. With over a decade of professional experience, he leads PRM’s financial and administrative operations, including the accurate and transparent distribution of royalties to rights holders.

Driven by a passion for continuous improvement, Josh actively explores innovative solutions and develops streamlined processes that strengthen organizational efficiency and accountability. He is currently pursuing his master’s degree at Ateneo Graduate School, guided by the belief that personal growth creates meaningful impact—not only within the company he serves, but across all areas of life.
In his role, Josh advocates for a culture of integrity and respect for intellectual property, emphasizing that music carries both artistic and economic value. He works to ensure that creators are rightfully recognized and compensated, fostering greater awareness that music deserves not only appreciation, but responsible stewardship and protection.

Ralph John Longasa
Ralph John Longasa joined Philippines Recorded Music Rights Inc. (PRM) in 2025 and currently serves as Administrative Support Officer. He plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient execution of the organization’s day-to-day administrative and operational functions.
He provides structured support across documentation, coordination, and internal communications, contributing to the seamless implementation of PRM’s programs and stakeholder engagements. Through his work, he upholds the organization’s commitment to promoting respect for and protection of recorded music rights.

Marketing Manager
Keeshia Mangio
Keeshia Mangio joined Philippines Recorded Music Rights Inc. (PRM) in late 2025 and currently serves as PRM’s Marketing Manager. She leads the organization’s marketing communications, industry partnerships, and event initiatives, helping bridge the gap between creativity and compliance. She holds master’s degrees in Brand Management earned both locally and internationally, bringing both local insight and global perspective to her work. Through her role, she champions initiatives that remind businesses and communities that music is not only meant to be enjoyed, but also respected and properly protected.
