Meet The Team

Candice is the Licensing Manager at PRM and one of its pioneering members who helped establish the organization in 2022. She played a key role in laying its foundation and advancing its mission to support the music industry.

With extensive experience in music licensing and a strong professional background from GMA Music and GMA Network, she brings valuable industry insight to her role. She works closely with businesses, record labels, and artists to promote proper music licensing, ensuring that creators are fairly recognized and compensated for their work.

Keeshia Mangio joined PRM in late 2025 and currently serves as Marketing Manager. She leads the organization’s marketing communications, industry partnerships, and event initiatives, helping bridge the gap between creativity and compliance.

 

She holds master’s degrees in Brand Management earned both locally and internationally, bringing both local insight and global perspective to her work. Through her role, she champions initiatives that remind businesses and communities that music is not only meant to be enjoyed, but also respected and properly protected.

Josh Adrian Credo joined PRM in May 2025 and currently serves as Finance and Administration Manager. With over a decade of professional experience, he leads the organization’s financial and administrative operations, including the accurate and transparent distribution of royalties to rights holders.

Driven by a passion for continuous improvement, Josh develops streamlined systems that strengthen organizational efficiency and accountability. He is currently pursuing his master’s degree at Ateneo Graduate School, guided by the belief that personal growth creates meaningful impact both within the organization and beyond.

In his role, he advocates for integrity and respect for intellectual property, emphasizing that music carries both artistic and economic value. He works to ensure that creators are rightfully recognized and compensated.

Aaron Calderon joined PRM in 2023 and currently serves as a Licensing Officer. He is responsible for coordinating with clients and partners to ensure proper use of music within PRM’s repertoire.

 

Through his work, he plays a key role in helping businesses understand and comply with music licensing requirements, ensuring that rights holders are fairly compensated whenever their sound recordings are used publicly. Aaron is committed to building strong client relationships while advancing awareness of the importance of music rights protection.

Ryan Orias joined PRM in 2024 and serves as a Music Licensing Officer. As a music creator himself, he brings a unique perspective to his role, combining his passion for music with a strong commitment to protecting it.

He works closely with clients to promote responsible music usage and proper licensing practices, helping ensure that artists and producers receive the recognition and compensation they deserve. Ryan is driven by his belief that protecting music is essential to sustaining creativity and the industry as a whole.

Ashley Benitez began her journey with PRM as an apprentice before formally joining the organization in 2025 as HR & Membership Officer. She supports the organization’s people operations while strengthening engagement with PRM’s members.

 

Though not a musician herself, she strongly believes that while music is a form of creative expression, it is also a business that requires recognition and protection. Through her role, she helps ensure that record labels and performers are supported, allowing them to focus on their craft while PRM handles the groundwork of rights management.

Ralph John Longasa joined PRM in 2025 and currently serves as Administrative Support Officer. He plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient execution of the organization’s day-to-day administrative and operational functions.

 

He provides structured support across documentation, coordination, and internal communications, contributing to the seamless implementation of PRM’s programs and stakeholder engagements. Through his work, he upholds PRM’s commitment to promoting respect for and protection of recorded music rights.
