Last September 25, 2025, PRM held its third Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the B Hotel, Quezon City, with Producer Members, Performers, and notable partners attending said event. The organization, now in its 4th year as a collective management organization (CMO), shared its milestones since its last AGM in August 2024.

PRM Performer Board Members Gino Cruz, Louie Ocampo, and Josh Buizon were personally present at the event. To be formally welcomed as well as a Producer Member, Francis “Brew” Reyes, guitarist of one of the most successful Filipino rock bands, The Dawn, also joined the discussion.

Other PRM Performer Members who participated were soloist Ace Banzuelo and Joshua Lua of Over October. Attending partners also included Gab Cabangon, Executive Director of Organisasyon ng mga Pilipinong-Mang Aawit, after the newly minted partnership between PRM and his organization, and IPOPHL-BCRR representatives Malou Ilacio and Pearly Mae Sosmeña.

Esteemed Producer Members Jesmon Chua of PolyEast Records and Chito Ilagan (proxy for William Lim of Galaxy Records) also partook in the AGM. SoundsRight’s General Manager Bernie Refuerzo and Star Music’s Head of Music Publishing, Atty. Marivic Benedicto, both of whom are PRM’s partners, personally graced the meeting; likewise, Rene Salta, GMA Music’s Managing Director, was represented by Caleb Hinanay.

The rundown of 2024 was nothing short of thrilling---from new key clients acquired to partnerships with influential musical organizations, PRM has truly solidified its tenacity and determination over the past few months. Francis Buen, Head of Licensing, discussed and further highlighted the team’s efforts across marketing, licensing, and operational departments to its expectant members.

As a steadily growing CMO, a lot is undoubtedly in store for PRM in the coming months---even years. Music protection will always be at the forefront of the organization’s goals, and it is through collaboration and persistence that it will continue to do so.
